When you use the contact form, we collect: name, e-mail address, company or brand (optional), service or subject (optional) and the content of your message, together with technical data: browsing language, a submission identifier and a fill-time signal used for bot protection.

This information is used solely to respond to your request and, where relevant, for its commercial follow-up. Optional fields create no commitment; submitting the form does not constitute marketing consent.

We do not ask for any sensitive data (health, opinions, origin, etc.). The "message" field is free text: please do not enter sensitive data or data about third parties.

Your message is sent by e-mail to bonjour@agence-daphne.fr through the e-mail delivery provider Resend. It is not stored in a database by the site itself.

A bot-protection mechanism based on a fill-time signal protects the form, without a captcha; no data is collected for advertising purposes through this form.

The site uses Google Analytics 4, managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand anonymously how the site is used and to improve it.

These tools load and send data to Google only after your explicit consent to the "Analytics" category — see our Cookie policy. No personally identifiable data is transmitted in measurement events.

The following providers may process data in connection with the site: Vercel Inc. (hosting, United States), Plus Five Five, Inc. — Resend (delivery of form e-mails, United States) and Google (audience measurement, only after consent; Google Ireland Limited for the European Economic Area). If you contact us via WhatsApp, the exchange is subject to the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited; we transfer no data to WhatsApp.

Data transfers to the United States rely on these providers' certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Responding to your request: pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Commercial follow-up of a request: legitimate interest, which you may object to at any time. Audience measurement: consent, revocable at any time. Site security and operation: legitimate interest.

Contact requests and commercial exchanges that do not lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, then deleted.

Your consent choice is stored for 6 months in your browser; when it expires, the banner is shown again. Audience-measurement cookies have a maximum lifetime of 13 months and the associated measurement data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of and port your data, as well as the right to set directives regarding your data after your death. You can exercise these rights by writing to bonjour@agence-daphne.fr; we reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
